You have likely been walking a soul-led path of self-discovery and healing for many years, and have come to know both the beauty and disharmony within your being. You have probably spent years traversing your psyche, utilizing all manner of modalities from traditional psychotherapy, to meditation practices, to working within the spiritual, energetic, shamanic or plant medicine realms.
You are likely very aware of the unresolved patterns and wounds that continue to show up as undercurrents, shaping the direction and choices in your life and creating vulnerabilities in your field. You know deep in your heart, that in order to show up in the full expression of your service in this life, that tending to these aspects of your personal, familial and ancestral patterning, is the most radical and courageous choice you can make in a world that does its damndest to draw you ever further away from this truth.
You know what’s at stake and what you are here for. And you are ready to journey deeper.
The Inner Labyrinth is not a series of standalone sessions.
It is a single, unbroken arc of sacred space, held continuously over five months, within which your process is given room to unfold naturally and be witnessed.
When you enter this container, you are not simply booking sessions. You are entering into a committed, ceremonial relationship. One that both of us show up to fully, for the duration. The quality of sacredness with which we begin, is the quality that remains throughout.
I walk alongside you as an ally, guide, and clarifier.
I serve as a conduit for Source (Creator, the Great Mystery, God, Spirit) and for your own team in the unseen. What moves through our work together is not mine to prescribe or predict. It's my role to hold space with care, presence and deep attention.
In practice, our sessions draw from a weaving of shamanic energy medicine, somatic processing, and ancestral healing, always in relationship with the land, elemental forces, plant and animal spirits, and the unseen allies that move with us. No two sessions look the same, some feel more ceremonial in nature, while others are more process or integration based. The work is always responsive, to what you bring, to what the field reveals, and to what Source is moving in the space between us. What remains constant is the sacred quality of the container and the depth of presence we bring to every session.
This work does not begin and end in session. Between our meetings, you will be asked to tend to your own process, to deepen your relationship with the unseen, to allow space for what has been stirred to settle and integrate, to follow threads of inquiry that arise between sessions. The container holds you continuously, and your active participation in that holding is what makes the work impactful. What you bring to the space between sessions is as important as what you bring to the sessions themselves.
There is mystery in this work, and sacred trust, and the quiet consistent presence of being truly accompanied and seen.
The Inner Labyrinth unfolds over five months, held within a clear and ceremonially marked arc.
We begin with an orientation session. A space to connect, to explore what you are carrying and what you are reaching toward, and to establish the intention we will hold together for the duration of the container. From there, we cross the threshold together in an opening ceremony, marking the formal beginning of the work.
Between opening and closing, six sessions unfold at an approximately biweekly rhythm. Consistent enough to build depth, spacious enough to allow genuine integration between each meeting. Where the work calls for sessions to be spaced differently, that flexibility exists.
The container closes with ceremony. A threshold marking all that has been crossed, released and received. And approximately one month after closing, we meet for a final integration and follow-up session, a dedicated space to tend to what has continued to unfold in the weeks since our closing ceremony.
In total, ten sessions. The opening and closing dates are agreed upon together at the start. The follow-up integration session is scheduled at closing.
By the end of our time together, you will know yourself anew.
The energetic roots of patterns and cycles that have felt unbreakable will have been brought into the light. New ways of moving in the world will have begun to take hold.
Your connection to your soul and the unseen will have deepened. A path forward will have revealed itself, one that emerged from within you. This is not a linear process, and what unfolds will be unique to you. If you show up fully, the work will meet you there.
This journey is not for everyone.
This journey requires your commitment. One that isn't conducive if you are seeking a quick fix or are looking for someone to "heal" you. This process cannot be manipulated toward a desired outcome and will ask you to trust in a process that cannot be fully articulated in advance.
The journey may follow a path that is unexpected and may ask you to stretch beyond the familiar. It will ask of you radical responsibility for your own inner world. A willingness to meet whatever arises, to listen and respond to resistance, and to honor your commitment to yourself even when it is uncomfortable.
Plant Medicine Integration
The Inner Labyrinth container is particularly well suited as an integration space following ceremonial plant medicine work. Those who have sat with entheogens, such as Ayahuasca, can emerge from those experiences having touched profound layers of their psyche and emotional body. The rich insight and pattern recognition received through ceremony provides an incredibly fertile place to start this work.
The Inner Labyrinth offers a structured, held, and soul-led space to deepen into what was received. To embody the learning, to metabolize what was revealed, and to allow the healing that was initiated in ceremony to take root fully in your body, your life and your path.
